This ornamental oat grass is a cultivar.

Identification: This grass is 2-3′ (60-91 cm) in height. It blooms in June, with bluish-brown flowers. Leaf blades are stiff, linear, and steel blue in color, 1½′ (45 cm) × up to ½″ (1.3 cm) wide, with sharp tips.
